5 Workplace communication: expressing your ideas

Being able to make a cogent and informative presentation before a group is a critical skill in nearly every workplace. In the IT industry you might think that the subject revolves entirely around technical issues of computer programming, database, network communications, or operational issues. But every workplace and working situation involves dealing with other people, including coworkers and peers, supervisors, corporate management, and end-users. Being able to both express your views and understanding clearly and concisely is a necessity.
